The structure design of common large current terminal ensures the reliable connection of large cross-section conductors: the bottom of prismatic insert wire-pressing frame has grooves to ensure that the contact surface after connection has low value transition resistance; and the self-locking of screw is realized by using elastic elements.

The cross-section of universal high current terminal accessible conductor is 16-240mm2. We have taken effective measures in terminal construction to ensure reliable wiring. These measures include:

The bottom of the terminal clamp body is prismatic, which ensures the three-point alignment of the conductor.

The bottom of the clamping body is grooved to ensure that the contact surface after connection has low value transition resistance.

Self-locking screw is realized by using elastic components. These terminals are equipped with a two-part enclosed insulating enclosure made of nylon Pa6.6. The terminal can be installed on TH35-7.5 guideway or G32-18, G32-15L guideway by using the locking auxiliary spring attached to the terminal.
