For Connecting CABLE in INSULATED MAINS to INSULATED MAINS or INSULATED SERVICES
JCF1 range of insulation piercing connectors (IPC) provide a fast, convenient and reliable method of connecting overhead low voltage mains to services or other mains.
All common types of conductors can be interconnected, including insulated aluminium or copper.
The connectors have been tested to Authorization Lab and are approved for use by power distribution utilities (Consult for further details).
More information about insulation piercing connectors:
1.Mechanical
property: The IPC connector is no damage when strain
cable.
2.Waterproof
property: The dielectric strength test up to 15kw(MV),6kv(LV)in
the water.
3.Temperature
rise property: The temperature rise of IPC is
low than the cables when the big current transmitted.
4.Electric property: The certain torque screw and high grade conductive piercing teeth is assure the IPC stable and good
electric
performance.
5.Application range: Tap connect the Cu and Al. Cable range from 1.5sq.mm to 400 sq.mm.
